Long-Term Care Home Accountability Planning Submission (LAPS) and Long-Term Care Home Service Accountability Agreements (L-SAA)
The Long-Term Care Home Service Accountability Agreement (L-SAA) is the service accountability agreement between a long-term care home licensee and the Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) that is required by the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006 (LHSIA). The current L-SAA is in place for the period from April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2019. The L-SAA Performance Schedule contains indicators, targets and standards, and the schedule is eligible for a refresh on an annual basis.
